*** RUSH Color Copies (RUSH Printing!)

⚠ Rush Color Copies: Ordering Guide
Time is critical. Please follow these steps to prevent delays in your rush production.

⚡ Important: How to Enter Quantity
The "Quantity" field must equal the TOTAL number of pages to be printed.
Example: A 5-page document needed 2 times? 5 x 2 = Enter 10.
File Requirements for Rush Orders
- ✅ Format: PDF (Fastest), JPG, or Word.
- ✅ Resolution: 300 DPI for crisp results.
- ✅ Color Mode: CMYK.
We assume Page 1 is Front and Page 2 is Back. Please upload your multi-page file only once to avoid duplicate printing.

Rush Color Copies Printing: When "ASAP" Isn't Fast Enough
Welcome to the ultimate solution for last-minute business printing. Whether you are facing an emergency board meeting, a sudden trade show opportunity, or a university deadline, our Rush Color Copies Printing service bridges the gap between digital files and physical perfection in record time.
Understanding the Rush: Logistics vs. Ink
A common misconception is that "Rush" simply means we press the print button faster. In reality, purchasing a Rush order activates a sophisticated logistical chain event within our facility. Here is specifically what happens when you click "Order":
1. Priority Pre-Flighting
Your files bypass the standard queue. Our pre-press team inspects rush files immediately upon receipt to catch resolution or bleed issues before they cause delays.
2. Dedicated High-Speed Production
We reserve specific digital presses solely for rush orders. While standard orders wait for batching, your expedited color prints are routed to an open machine instantly.
3. Immediate Finishing & Shipping
Once printed, rush jobs skip the finishing bin. They move directly to cutting, packing, and the shipping dock to ensure they catch the earliest possible carrier pickup.
💡 Pro Tip: If you have 3-5 business days of flexibility, check our standard Cheap Color Copies to save significantly on production costs.

⚠️ The "Zero-Delay" File Checklist
In a rush scenario, there is no time for "back-and-forth" emails correcting file errors. To ensure your job hits the press instantly, verify these 4 points:
1. Format is Key (PDF)
We accept JPG and PNG, but PDF is King. PDFs lock in your fonts and formatting so what you see on your screen is exactly what we print. Flatten your layers if possible!
2. Mind the Bleed
Do you want color to the very edge? You must include 0.125" of extra artwork (bleed) on all sides. Otherwise, your prints will have a thin white border.
3. Color Mode (CMYK)
Screens use RGB (light). Printers use CMYK (ink). Convert your files to CMYK mode to avoid unexpected color shifts (e.g., bright neon blues turning purple).
4. Resolution Safety
Low-res images look blurry in print. Ensure all photos and logos are at least 300 DPI at actual size. If it looks pixelated at 100% zoom, it will print pixelated.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
This is the most critical distinction for rush orders. Please calculate your deadline by adding Production Time + Shipping Time.
| Service Type | Cut-Off Time | When it Ships |
|---|---|---|
| Same Day Production | Usually 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (Check Cart) | Ships Today |
| Next Day Production | Usually 5:00 PM EST | Ships Tomorrow |
| Shipping Method | Selected at Checkout (Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, Ground) | |
*Note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Frequently Asked Questions
❓ Can I split my order to ship to multiple locations?
Currently, our rush system is optimized for single-destination shipping to ensure speed. To ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
❓ Do you offer finishing options like stapling or hole punching on rush orders?
Yes! Simple finishing options like corner stapling, 3-hole punching, and folding are generally available on rush orders. However, complex binding (like coil or wire-o) may require additional production time. Options will be displayed in the calculator based on availability.
❓ What if my file quality is low?
If our automated system detects low resolution, we will attempt to contact you. However, on Rush orders, time is of the essence. We strongly recommend checking your PDF at 100% zoom before uploading.
❓ Is "Rush" quality lower than "Standard" quality?
Absolutely not. The print engine, ink, and paper are identical. The extra cost covers the logistical priority, not a change in print settings. You get the same vibrant, sharp colors 55Printing is known for.
