This checklist is not a production template, preflight certification, or approval to print. Keep the unchanged original and the exact official product guideline beside your proof.
English review checklist
- Confirm product, finished width, height, orientation, and printing process against the actual order.
- Use the original artwork, not a messaging-app screenshot or compressed preview.
- Measure effective PPI at the final size. Changing a DPI label does not create detail.
- Decide whether proportional Fit margins or Fill cropping are acceptable. Never stretch a logo or face.
- Use the exact official guideline to inspect bleed, trim, safe zones, folds, and finishing.
- Inspect the original at print size for blur, compression, spelling, phone numbers, and small text.
- Test the actual QR code and confirm its destination. A clear-looking QR is not proof that it works.
- Confirm color process and profile with prepress. PDF color signals do not certify every object.
- Review PDF fonts, overprint, transparencies, and any partial-scan warning with the team.
- Compare any rebuilt or enlarged artwork with the original. Approve the final human proof deliberately.

- Use el arte original, no una captura de mensajería ni una vista previa comprimida.
- Mida PPI efectivos al tamaño final. Cambiar una etiqueta DPI no crea detalle.
- Decida si acepta márgenes con Ajustar o recorte con Rellenar. No estire caras ni logotipos.
- Revise sangrado, corte, zona segura, pliegues y acabados con la guía oficial exacta.
- Inspeccione el original al tamaño de impresión: desenfoque, compresión, ortografía, teléfonos y texto pequeño.
- Pruebe el QR real y confirme su destino. Que parezca nítido no demuestra que funcione.
- Confirme proceso y perfil de color con preprensa. Las señales PDF no certifican cada objeto.
- Revise fuentes PDF, sobreimpresión, transparencias y advertencias de análisis parcial con el equipo.
- Compare cualquier ampliación o reconstrucción con el original. Apruebe conscientemente la prueba humana final.
