Cheap flyers are the high-volume handout page. Quantity starts at 100 and the last step is 100,000. The size list has 24 cuts, including 2″ x 2″ mini squares, 4″ x 6″ leave-behinds, 5″ x 7″ invites, 8.5-class strips, and larger sheets. Papers run from 70 lb opaque and 100 lb gloss book up through 14 pt gloss, 14 pt uncoated, linen, kraft, and pearl.

100 lb gloss book is the stack-and-hand stock. 14 pt gloss is the card-like flyer that does not flop in a rack. Kraft and pearl are the premium feel, not the cheapest door-drop. Print front only, color front with black back, or both sides in color.

Digital Fast flyers stop at 5,000 and use a five-size list. Express flyers keep this longer size list on a 2-3 day path. Stay here for the full offset-style ladder.

What size should I pick for a street handout?

5″ x 7″ or 4″ x 6″ if people must pocket it. 8.5″ x 11″ if they will hold a full page. 2″ x 2″ is a sticker-like mini, not a reading flyer.

Is 70 lb opaque cheap enough for 20,000 door drops?

It is the light uncoated sheet on this list. It is the economical door-drop feel. It is not a cover stock.

Can I start at 50 flyers?

Not on this form. 100 is the floor. Digital Fast flyers start at 49 if you need a smaller stack.

Does pearl stock take a ballpoint RSVP?

Pearl is a coated premium face. Use 14 pt uncoated if guests will write on the flyer.
