This page is the Express clock on the color-copy family. Sizes stay letter, legal, tabloid, half letter, and custom. The quantity box opens at 1. The catalog ladder still lists 49 to 5,000. The default paper is still 24lb Bond, single sided. Live qty 1 with Express selected prints at $6.14. Ground to ZIP 33140 is $9.95. Packed is $16.09. Forty-nine of that same paper with Express still selected print at $12.62. Color-copy ground never bills below $9.95, so the 49-piece packed total is $22.57, not a $7.56 catalog cell. Reviewed 21 August 2026 against the live form after Calculating finished.
This calculator prices express color copies only. Enabled papers match the cheap-copy list: 24 lb recycled, 24 lb bond, 32 lb bond, 100 lb gloss or matte text, and 80 lb or 100 lb gloss or matte cover. There is no synthetic waterproof or tear-proof here. Those live on premium color copies. Default bleed is Regular white-borders. The form above is the total that bills.

Why this page is a meeting clock, not a new copy recipe

Stay here when the packet has a date and Standard 1-3 days feels late. The sheet ladder matches cheap copies. Express then adds its $6 fee on this URL. Forty-nine letter copies, 24 lb bond, single sided, Express, print at $12.62 and pack at $22.57. Two-sided 49 print at $19.24 and pack at $29.19. Two hundred forty-nine single-sided letter copies print at $39.62 and pack at $55.18. Tabloid 49 prints at $12.62 and packs at $28.18 because ground rises to $15.56. 80 lb gloss cover, letter, 49, prints at $16.78 and packs at $26.73.
Cheap color copies use the same $6.62 print cell and default to Standard 1-3 days. Premium color copies start the 24 lb bond letter 49 at $9.67 and add synthetic stocks. Digital Fast flyers are a marketed flyer path, not an office packet. Do not treat this URL as waterproof menus or as a 100,000-piece door drop.
Who should skip this page
Buy this page if the copy family is letter-class digital sheets and the form should already sit on Express 1-2 days. Skip it if Standard 1-3 days is fine. That is cheap color copies, which opens at $0.14 print for qty 1. Skip it if the sheet must get wet or torn on a job site. That is premium color copies. Skip it if the job is a 4″ x 6″ street flyer. That is cheap flyers or rush flyers. Skip it if you need 49 to 5,000 digital flyers on cover stocks. That is Digital Fast flyers.
Express clock vs the print cell
Express is selected by default and the turnaround label says Fee applies. That fee is $6 on the 49-tier Express row, and the form still charges it at qty 1. Cheap color copies open at $0.14 because they default to Standard with no Express fee. If you switch this form back to Standard, watch the print drop. Do not add a guessed flyer rush dollar. Air shipping is still a carrier row after print.
| Size and quantity | Ground | Print + ground | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8.5″ x 11″ Letter, qty 1 (live form open) | $6.14 | $9.95 | $16.09 |
| 8.5″ x 11″ Letter, qty 49 (Express + $6 fee) | $12.62 | $9.95 | $22.57 |
| 8.5″ x 11″ Letter, double sided, qty 49 | $19.24 | $9.95 | $29.19 |
| 8.5″ x 11″ Letter, qty 249 | $39.62 | $15.56 | $55.18 |
| 11″ x 17″ Tabloid, qty 49 | $12.62 | $15.56 | $28.18 |
Reset the form to Size 8.5″ x 11″ (Letter), Paper 24lb Bond, Sides Full Color Front / No Back (4/0), Quantity 1, Bleed Regular white-borders, and Turnaround Express (1-2 Business Days – Fee applies) to recover the live $6.14 print open. Type 49 if you want the Express 49-page total at $12.62 print. Color-copy ground still floors at $9.95 on those two rows.
How production time and shipping differ
Express production is 1-2 business days after you approve the file and pay. That is the default clock on this URL. Shipping starts after production. Ground on qty 1 and on 49 letter copies to 33140 is $9.95. Color copies never ship below that floor. 2nd Day Air on 49 is $33.98. Next Day Air is $67.83. Packed 49 with 2nd Day Air is $46.60. Packed 49 with Next Day Air is $80.45. Paying Next Day Air on a $12.62 Express print job is a real choice when the meeting is tomorrow and the box still has to fly. It does not reprint the sheets faster than Express production.
This page does not sell synthetic waterproof or tear-proof. Those are premium color copies. Next Day Air is a truck, not a one-hour copier. The quantity box opens at 1. The catalog ladder still lists 49 as its first named step. A late upload eats the Express window. Default output still has white borders unless you buy full-bleed trim.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a letter PDF at 300 DPI and upload it the same day you need the Express clock. Open a Predesigned Design Studio card, then use Order this art so the letter size is already selected. A revision after proof approval can push you out of the 1-2 day window. Keep type inside the white border unless you paid for bleed. This is still copier-style output, just on a shorter print calendar.
If the meeting is next week, cheap color copies is the Standard 1-3 day sibling and opens at $0.14 print for qty 1. If the sheet will sit on a wet bar, open premium color copies. This page is the Express office packet.
Express color copy questions
Is Express already selected, or do I have to turn it on?
Express (1-2 Business Days) is the default turnaround on this form. You do not have to hunt for it. The quantity box opens at 1. Print is $6.14. Ground to 33140 is $9.95. Packed is $16.09. Cheap color copies default to Standard 1-3 days and open at $0.14 print for qty 1. Use this URL when you want the clock already set to Express.
Does Express add a print fee on quantity 49?
Yes. The turnaround button says Fee applies. Express uses a $6 addon on the 49-tier row. Qty 1 still pays that $6, which is why one sheet prints at $6.14 instead of the $0.14 cheap-copy open. Forty-nine letter copies with Express selected print at $12.62. Switch to Standard on this form if you want the $6.62 sheet cell without the Express fee. Do not add $9.39 from the rush-flyer page. That fee belongs to flyers, not copies.
Can I get waterproof menus on this Express page?
No. Synthetic waterproof and tear-proof are not on this paper list. They live on premium color copies. Forty-nine waterproof letter sheets there print at $46.66. Stay here for bond, text, and cover copies on a 1-2 day clock. 80 lb gloss cover, letter, 49, prints at $10.78 if you need a stiffer leave-behind without a synthetic film.
Why is Next Day Air $67.83 on a $12.62 print job?
Air is the carrier row, not a copier surcharge. Ground on 49 letter copies to 33140 is $9.95. 2nd Day Air is $33.98. Next Day Air is $67.83. The sheets are light. The truck is not. Use ground when the meeting can wait out transit after the 1-2 day print clock. Use air when the date is inside the transit window.
Is 5,000 still the ceiling on Express?
Yes. Quantity steps match cheap copies: 49 through 5,000. A 5,000-piece tabloid run can still land on a longer path if the form says so. Watch turnaround after you change size and paper. Two hundred forty-nine letter copies with Express print at $39.62 and pack at $55.18. Past 5,000, a flyer page is the volume path.
Should I use rush flyers instead of express copies?
Use rush flyers when the piece is a marketed 4″ x 6″ or letter flyer on the 24-cut flyer list and you may buy a 2-3 day flyer fee. Use this page when the piece is an office copy on 24 lb bond with Express 1-2 days already selected. A flyer and a copy are different machines. Live qty 1 here packs at $16.09 to 33140. Forty-nine of that paper pack at $22.57 with Express and the $9.95 ground floor.
If the Express office packet is the job, keep the live $6.14 qty 1 open or type 49 for the $12.62 Express step, then add the order from this page.
