Artwork and the upload path
Build one flat PDF at 300 DPI for the finished hanger, including the hole area as empty space, not as a drawn circle you expect us to ignore. Add 0.125″ bleed if color runs to the trim. Keep phones, prices, and logos inside the safe zone and below the die. On the rip size, put the card data on the stub and keep the perforation clear.
