1. Do you offer domain and hosting registration for me?

   • Yes, we can handle hosting and domain management for free. It’s included in the price calculated during checkout. If you prefer to register your hosting and domain yourself, we can work with that too.

2. What are the renewal costs?

   • We’ll reach out to you a month before renewal to inform you that it’s time to renew your hosting and domain. At that point, we’ll provide details about the costs.

3. Is your design SEO optimized?

   • Our website projects are designed to be as light and clean as possible. This ensures that Google and other search engines can index and naturally rank your site. We recommend mentioning your site naturally in every social post to gather votes. Additionally, consider adding your business to Google Local and Bing Places.

4. Can we make changes ourselves once the site is finished?

   • If you choose the WordPress site style, you’ll have the flexibility to add posts, pages, and change content as needed after the site is completed. However, if you opt for an economical website, you’ll be limited to two full sets of changes per year.

5. Do we have full control of the domain and hosting?

   • If you want full control, we recommend purchasing the domain and hosting on your own. You can then provide us with access to upload your new site. Alternatively, if we handle domain and hosting registration, we’ll share access control with you.

6. Can you recover the website if we mess it up?

   • Once we finish building your site, we’ll send you a full backup file containing the original delivery content. You can re-upload it anytime. If needed, we can also assist in recovering your site.

7. Are backups available?

   • Upon request, we can set up monthly backups to ensure we have a safe point to revert to in case of any issues.
