Free Merge to PDF - Combine JPG, PNG, WebP & PDF Files in Upload Order

Build one multi-page PDF from any mix of images and PDFs. Choose an export page size, fit or real-size placement, and keep every page the same orientation for clean printing. JPEG and PNG stay high quality; PDF pages are placed without unnecessary rasterization. Fair use: one merge per minute per visitor.

Two ways to get this done - both 100% free

Merge files to PDF tool

Drop files here or click to browse JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG, AVIF, HEIC, and PDF - add more anytime. Drag rows to reorder. Processing stays in your browser.

    Export page setup
Paper size This is the physical export page size for EVERY page in the merged PDF (images and PDFs). Pick Letter for documents, 11×17 or 12×18 for large format, postcards/business card for small pieces. Portrait vs landscape is controlled separately under orientation. Hover each size’s i for when to use it.

All files (images and PDFs) are placed onto this export page size.

Orientation target Only used when “Keep all pages the same orientation” is checked. Picks whether every export page is portrait or landscape. Any file that does not match is rotated counter-clockwise 90° onto that target. Never rotates clockwise.

Files that do not match are rotated counter-clockwise 90° onto the export page. Turn this off only if you want mixed portrait and landscape pages.

    Proof marks (optional)

100% quality mode: JPG and PNG bytes are embedded directly without re-encoding. Existing PDF pages are copied, not rasterized. WebP and other formats are converted to lossless PNG before embedding.

How to merge images and PDFs into one document

Whether you are assembling a proof packet, combining scanned receipts, or bundling product photos with a spec sheet, this tool stitches every file into a single PDF while respecting the sequence you choose. Pick an export page size (or match each file), choose Fit to page or Real size, keep orientation unified when you want a clean print stack, then download one merged PDF ready for email, print, or upload to our complimentary file uploader.

    Perfect for these workflows

    • One print-ready Letter PDF from mixed phone photos and PDF proofs.
    • Client approval packets where every page is portrait (or every page landscape).
    • Insurance or real-estate bundles combining scanned pages and phone photos.
    • Portfolio decks that interleave vector PDF spreads with WebP mockups.

    Export size, fit, and orientation

Standard paper (default) places every image and every PDF page onto the same canvas: Letter, Legal, 11×17, 12×18, A4, half/quarter letter, postcards, or business card. Fit to page scales content to sit inside without cropping. Real size places images at pixels ÷ DPI (and PDF pages at their true size), then scales down only if they would overflow. Keep all pages the same orientation is on by default and can Auto-pick majority portrait/landscape, or force one direction.

    Proof marks for client approvals

Turn on Proof marks when you need a merged PDF that shows where bindery will cut and where type should stay safe. A guide page is added first explaining every line. The overlays match our free bleed & safe zone visualizer. Choose Specify trim size for standard bleed files, or Bleed already in artwork when the image edge is the bleed boundary and the cut sits 0.125" inside. Marks are vector overlays - they do not recompress JPG or PNG data.

    Quality settings explained

PDF pages are embedded onto your export canvas without unnecessary rasterization whenever the browser can read the source. JPEG and PNG images are embedded using their original compressed streams. For WebP, GIF, BMP, and similar formats, the tool decodes once and embeds a lossless PNG page so nothing is double-compressed.

The DPI control maps pixel dimensions to physical size for Match each file and for Real size placement. Use 300 DPI when you plan to send the merged PDF to a commercial printer such as our color copy or flyer printing services.

    Frequently asked questions

How do I merge multiple JPG files into one PDF online?

Select or drop your JPG files, arrange them in the queue, and click Merge into PDF. Each image becomes one PDF page at full JPEG quality.

Can I merge PNG, WebP, and PDF files together?

Yes. Mix any supported image type with PDF documents. On Standard or Custom page size, every PDF page is placed onto your chosen export canvas (Fit or Real size). Images embed at full resolution.

How do I make every page the same orientation?

Leave Keep all pages the same orientation checked (it is on by default). Choose Auto to follow the majority of your files, or force Portrait / Landscape. Files that do not match are rotated counter-clockwise 90° onto the export page.

What is Fit to page vs Real size?

Fit to page scales each file to sit inside the export page without cropping. Real size places images using pixels ÷ DPI (and PDF pages at their true size), then scales down only if they would overflow the page.

Does merge order follow upload order?

Yes. Files appear in the queue in the order you add them. Drag rows or use the arrow buttons to change order before merging.

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No file content is uploaded for merging. Processing runs locally in your browser. Only lightweight anti-abuse metadata is sent after a successful merge.

    What is the page limit?

The merged PDF can contain up to 200 pages total, counting every page from multi-page PDF inputs plus one page per image.

    Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Encrypted PDFs cannot be merged in-browser. Remove the password first or send the files to our team via the complimentary file upload service.

How is this different from paid PDF merge tools?

Many paid services watermark free exports or downsample images. This tool keeps JPG and PNG at original quality and copies PDF pages without forcing a subscription.

Can I add bleed, trim, and safe zone proof marks?

Yes. Enable Proof marks (optional) before merging. A guide page is inserted first explaining every overlay. Every image page and every page from PDF inputs gets vector marks - blue dashed bleed edge, red trim line, green dashed safe zone, and black crop marks. Choose Specify trim size when your file includes bleed beyond trim, or Bleed already in artwork when the cut goes bleed distance inside the image edge.
