Fair-use limits (so the tool stays free)

Each visitor can run up to 3 conversions per day per IP address, with a 1-minute wait between runs, and a 20 MB file size cap. That keeps the paid Office conversion engine available for typical short decks. Need a long training binder or many files converted? What files work best

  • .pptx is preferred; older .ppt files are accepted when possible
  • Embed fonts and linked images before convert
  • Set the slide size to the finished print canvas when the deck is artwork, not just a screen presentation

PDF vs JPG: pick the right handoff

Use PDF for File Uploader, proofs, and press. Use JPG slides when a client needs quick email review of each page. Choose PDF + JPG when you need both in one run. JPG export happens in your browser after the PDF returns, so slide images stay private after conversion.

Privacy

Your upload is processed for conversion only. The PDF is returned to your browser, then JPG slides are rendered locally with pdf.js. Successful runs are logged for abuse monitoring with technical details (IP, file size, timing), not your deck contents.

FAQ

Can I convert PPTX to PDF online for print?

Yes. Upload a .pptx (or .ppt), convert, and download the PDF. Review fonts, images, and slide size before sending the PDF through File Uploader for press.

Can I export PowerPoint slides as JPG?

Yes. Choose PDF + JPG or JPG slides only, pick 150 / 200 / 300 / 350 DPI, then download a ZIP of one JPG per slide. Use 150 DPI for email proofs and 300 or 350 DPI when the client must judge fine type or photos.

Will animations and transitions transfer?

No. Print PDF and JPG capture the finished slide look as static pages. Animations, videos, and interactive objects do not carry into print files. Build the final visual state on each slide before converting.

Is widescreen 16:9 supported?

Yes. The PDF keeps the slide page size from PowerPoint. Widescreen decks stay widescreen; standard 4:3 stays 4:3. Confirm the finished print size matches your product before ordering.

Can your team convert it for me?
