Custom envelopes are the mailer itself, printed on 70 lb opaque smooth white. Quantity starts at 100 and ends at 100,000. Twenty sizes include A-1 (3.625″ x 5.125″), A-2 (4.375″ x 5.75″), A-4, A-6, A-7, remittance 3.625″ x 6.5″ short flap and long flap, and #9 commercial with window, plus the rest of the commercial list.
A-7 is the announcement envelope most 5″ x 7″ cards expect. #9 with window is a statement mailer. Remittance short flap is a payment stub envelope. Digital Fast envelopes are the 49-to-5,000, 1-2 day path.
Letterhead is a separate 8.5″ x 11″ or 8.5″ x 14″ sheet. Invitations use the A-series list for the invite piece. Stay here when you need the printed shell.

Is 70 lb opaque the only paper?
Yes on this form. There is one paper line: 70 lb opaque smooth white.
Window or no window for invoices?
Use the #9 or #10 with-window row if the address must show. A closed face hides the address and needs a printed or labeled face.
Can I start at 50 envelopes?
No. 100 is the floor. Digital Fast envelopes open at 49.
Will A-2 hold a 4″ x 6″ card?
A-2 is 4.375″ x 5.75″. A 4″ x 6″ card is too tall. Use A-4 or A-6 and measure the card first.
