- Choose a purpose. Pick Website URL, Email, Phone, or SMS so the scan opens the right action.
- Enter the destination. Add the full https link, email address, or phone number customers should reach.
- Style the code. Set colors, dot shape, and an optional logo so it matches your brand.
- Generate a preview. Check the live preview, then email yourself the full-size QR file for print.
- Keep strong contrast (dark dots on a light background work best)
- Leave quiet space around the code so nothing crowds the edges
- Size the code large enough to scan from arm length on cards and flyers
- Test the final file on a phone before you approve a print proof
Business cards, menus, EDDM postcards, yard signs, banners, and packaging all work well. Pair the QR with a short line of text such as "Scan for hours" or "Scan to order" so people know what to expect.
Call us or use the File Uploader if you already have artwork and want us to drop the QR into your layout before proof.
