What to have ready
- Your order number or the email address on your account
- Print-ready PDF when possible (300 dpi, bleed included if the product requires it)
- Notes explaining which product, size, or side each file is for
- Contact phone number if we need to reach you about a file issue
Accepted file types
PDF is preferred for the most accurate color and trim. We also accept AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and Microsoft Office documents. If you are unsure whether a file will print cleanly, upload it anyway and ask for a free file review in the notes field.
What happens after you upload
Our prepress team reviews your files, confirms they match your order specs, and emails a PDF proof when artwork needs approval. Most reviews are completed within one business day. If something needs correction, we reply with clear instructions so you can re-upload revised files from this same page.
