Can I add multiple products to one cart?

Yes. Business cards, flyers, banners, postcards, and any other products from our catalog can be combined in one cart. Each item receives its own proof and its own production ticket, so one product does not hold up another if files for different items arrive at different times.

Is guest checkout available?

Yes. No account is required to place an order. Guest checkout collects your email address for proof delivery and order tracking. Pay Later is also available if you want to approve your proof before payment. Creating a free account is optional, but it makes future reorders faster by storing your shipping preferences and order history.

What is Pay Later at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Pay Later lets you complete checkout without paying upfront. Our prepress team reviews your files and sends a digital email proof. You pay when the layout looks right and you are ready for production. Guest checkout supports the same flow without creating an account. Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards processed through a secure encrypted checkout connection when you pay at checkout or after proof approval on Pay Later orders. Payment details are handled by a certified payment processor and are not stored on our servers after the transaction completes.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code in the discount or promo code field on the cart or checkout screen before you confirm payment. Eligible products reflect the discount immediately in the order summary. Free Design Setup remains included on every product regardless of which promotional code you apply.

Will I see the total before I pay?

Yes. The final order review screen displays the product subtotal, shipping cost, applicable discounts, and any estimated tax before you enter payment information. Nothing is charged to your card until you click the final confirm button on the checkout screen.

Does the price shown include Free Design Setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free Design Setup is already factored into the product price shown on every item page and in your cart. There is no separate line item for design assistance and no surprise charge at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay for printing and setup combined.

Can I change my order after checkout?

Changes are possible before proof approval. Contact us at 1 (800) 683-4296 or through tools/contact-us/ with your order number as quickly as possible. After proof approval the job may already be scheduled on press, at which point changes may not be possible without starting a new order.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address at checkout?

Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and the corrected delivery address. Address corrections are possible before the shipping label is created. Once the label is generated, a carrier address intercept may be required, which can delay delivery and may carry a carrier-assessed fee.

How do I upload my file after placing an order?

After checkout you will see a prompt to upload your file from the order confirmation screen or from your account order page. PDF is the preferred format. You can also email your file to admin@55printing.com and include your order number in the subject line so it routes correctly.

What if I do not have a file ready at checkout?

Select Free Design Setup during checkout and add notes about your logo, colors, and the copy you want on the piece. You can also email design notes and asset files to admin@55printing.com after checkout. Always include your order number so our team links every file to the correct job.

When will I receive my proof?

Most proofs are delivered within one business day after you submit your file or complete your Free Design Setup request with layout notes. Rush proof requests are prioritized earlier in the day when orders are flagged as rush at checkout or confirmed by phone.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes, before proof approval or before production has started. Contact us immediately with your order number if you need to cancel. After proof approval, your job may already be on press and full cancellation may not be possible depending on how far the job has progressed.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. The checkout page uses encrypted secure connections throughout the payment process, and payment is processed by a certified third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers after the transaction is completed and confirmed.

Do I need to create an account to track my order?

No. Guest orders can be tracked at tools/track-order/ using your order number and the email address you provided at checkout. A customer account is only needed if you want persistent order history saved for future reference or want to make reorders faster with stored shipping details.

Can I request a receipt or invoice for business purchases?

Yes. The order confirmation email serves as a receipt for your purchase. Log in to your account to download a PDF invoice from your order history page. If you need a custom invoice format, a purchase order number on billing, or accounts payable documentation, contact us and we will assist.

What if my coupon code does not work at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Check that the code is spelled exactly as provided, that it has not expired, and that it applies to the products currently in your cart. If it still does not apply, contact us with the code and your order details and we will verify eligibility and correct it if appropriate.

Can I save my cart and come back later?

Accepted Answer

Logged-in accounts retain saved cart contents between sessions automatically. Guest carts may persist through the browser session depending on your cookie settings, but a free account is a more reliable way to save a cart and return to it later without losing configured product options.
