Digitally printed finished goods with a 1-2 business-day production window, quantity flexibility, and product-specific sheet, cutting, bleed, or stapling math. This is not the same as our Express Offset / Rush line or Premium color copies.

Choose the format around the customer’s next action

Digital Fast is most useful when the printed piece has a clear near-term purpose. A sales representative may need a small card replenishment before a conference. A restaurant may need flyers for a weekend offer. A clinic may test a postcard message in one neighborhood. A library or school may need bookmarks for a reading program. The right selection starts with what the recipient should do after seeing the piece, then narrows to size, stock, quantity, and delivery date.

Business cards

Use for meetings, recruiting, and focused replenishment runs. The card is imposed and cut, so finished quantity and trim size both matter.

Flyers

Use for local promotions, event handouts, open houses, and short-lived offers where quantity should match the audience.

Postcards

Use for targeted outreach, direct-mail tests, appointment reminders, and offers that need a strong front-and-back message.

EDDM postcards

Use when a qualifying route-based mailing is part of the plan. Confirm USPS eligibility and preparation separately from printing.

Stapled catalogs

How the live quote and deadline work

The product form is the authority for the exact configuration. Select the finished size, paper, printed sides, quantity, bleed or finishing option, and shipping method, then wait for the price panel to finish updating. Multi-up products such as cards, postcards, flyers, and bookmarks are converted into parent-sheet work and separated after printing. Stapled catalogs use sets multiplied by pages. Envelopes follow their own template and handling limits. These details are why a static “price per piece” statement can be misleading.

The 1-2 business-day label describes production. Carrier transit begins after production, and the total schedule can also include artwork approval, weekends, holidays, and any extra production time shown at a larger quantity. A deadline check is complete only when the customer has reviewed both the production note and the shipping service for the destination.

Prepare the handoff before the order is urgent

Build the artwork at the finished size and keep key content inside a safe margin.
Use the trim-to-full-bleed option only when it is offered and extend background artwork beyond trim.
Export a print-ready PDF, embed fonts or outline them, and inspect the file at actual size.
For variable versions, label files and data fields clearly and request a review before relying on the deadline.
For EDDM, confirm route and USPS requirements before treating a print quantity as a mailing plan.
