Which of the five cuts to pick
4″ x 6″ is the everyday note and the form default. 5″ x 7″ is the invite-class card. 6″ x 9″ and 6.5″ x 9″ are oversized mailbox faces. 8.5″ x 5.5″ is the jumbo leave-behind. A 4″ x 6″ is a USPS letter. It will not enter Every Door Retail. If the piece must be a Retail flat, leave for Digital Fast EDDM and start at 6.5″ x 9″.

Can I mail businesses only from this page?
Yes, because this is a printed card you address yourself. Print the stack, then apply the shop names you already have. Digital Fast EDDM cannot filter to businesses only. That sibling is Homes only or All on whole routes. Keep named B2B work here.
Why is 9″ x 12″ missing?
This form sells five sizes only: 4″ x 6″, 5″ x 7″, 6″ x 9″, 6.5″ x 9″, and 8.5″ x 5.5″. A 9″ x 12″ large business flat lives on Digital Fast EDDM and on the long postcard and EDDM ladders. Do not stretch a 6.5″ x 9″ file and call it 9″ x 12″.
Is 80lb cover thick enough to mail?
It can mail as a large card, but it flexes more than 100lb cover. Use 100lb if the piece will go through a sorting machine. Both gloss and matte 80lb and 100lb cover are listed. 100lb Gloss Cover is the default and adds +1 business day on this form. 80lb does not add that day.
Does this include a mailing list or postage?
No. You get printed cards. Address and permit marks belong on the back if you mail them. We do not sell a list or a stamp. Plan postage separately after the carton arrives. The $37.30 packed default is print plus Ground to 33140 only.
When do I switch to standard or express postcards?
Switch to postcard printing when you need 100 or more on the long 14 pt catalog and you can wait the standard clock. Switch to rush postcards when you want that same long catalog on a 2-3 day express path. Stay here when 49 to 5,000 and a 1-2 day digital card is enough, and you already have the names or you will hand the cards out.
