We do not keep your document after the conversion finishes.

Each visitor can run up to 3 conversions per day per IP address, with a 1-minute wait between runs, and a 15 MB file size cap. What files work best

  • .docx is preferred; older .doc files are accepted when possible
  • Embed fonts in Word before convert when you use specialty typefaces
  • Flatten or embed linked images so nothing is missing in the PDF

Will my fonts and colors stay the same?

This tool uses a Microsoft Office conversion engine designed to preserve Word layout, fonts, and colors. If a specialty font is not installed on the conversion host and is not embedded in your file, Word may substitute a similar face (the same way Word does on a PC missing that font). For critical brand work, embed fonts in Word first or send the file through File Uploader for a free prepress check.

Is this safe for customer artwork?

Yes for typical short print jobs. Files are converted and returned; they are not stored in your 55printing account. Do not upload documents with passwords you cannot share, or files you are not allowed to process online.

Can you convert it for me instead?
