Know which assumption moves the unit price
This is a transparent planning model, not a catalog quote. Setup is spread across the run, while paper, finishing, mailing and postage scale with pieces. Replace each assumption with a live product quote before placing an order.
- Enter the finished size and the assumptions that are actually true for this job.
- Read each warning, not only the headline color. A warning is a next action.
- Confirm the exact official template, then request a proof when the detail matters.
What this tool cannot certify
No browser calculator can see every production decision. It cannot approve a complex PDF’s fonts, overprint, fold order, variable data, spelling, legal copy, official template fit or a final printed QR scan. Those checks remain part of the official guideline and proof process.

Questions customers ask before printing
Does this show a live 55printing price?
No. It keeps assumptions explicit so early budgeting is honest. Use the product page or request a written quote for the authoritative current price. Product pricing can change with stock, quantity, finishing, destination and turnaround, so replace every planning input with a current quote before a customer approves the job.
Why does quantity change cost per piece?
Fixed setup is spread across more pieces. Per-piece materials and services remain proportional to the run. A larger quantity can lower the setup share without guaranteeing a lower vendor quote, because production tiers, shipping, finishing minimums and postage rules may change at the same time.
Can I include postage?
Yes. Enter postage as a per-piece assumption, and keep printing, mailing labor and postage visible as separate components. That separation lets you swap a USPS-confirmed rate or a different route plan without accidentally presenting the entire scenario as a live 55printing product price.
