How production time and shipping differ
Production on this form is 2-3 Business Days (Standard) or Next Day (Print) after you approve the file and pay. Those labels are print time only. Shipping starts after production. Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are transit, not print. Next Day (Print) is not available on the 33″ x 80″ retractable when quantity is 26 or more. If that row locks, stay on 2-3 Business Days (Standard) or drop the quantity.
48" x 78" on 13oz Matte Vinyl cannot quote quantity 70, 80, 85, 90, or 95. Shipping is not available on those cells, so the form fails closed instead of inventing a carton. Quantity 75 on that same 13oz row still prices. Pick another listed quantity, switch to 10mil Super Smooth, or pick a smaller size.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a print-ready PDF or flattened PNG at the exact size you picked, 150-300 DPI. 24″ x 63″ art does not fit a 33″ x 80″ cassette. Keep logos inside the safe margin on the guideline card. High-contrast type reads from a booth aisle. A paragraph of fine print will not. Upload the front face on the form. Design Studio Order this art lands back on this form with the canvas attached. Do not assume a free human proof unless that line appears on your quote.
If you already own the stand, say so in the notes and upload only the new graphic. A new default 24" x 63" 10mil kit to 33140 is still $68.93 packed. The leftover Standard and Premium material labels exist so an older reprint can rematch. They are not a second finish family on a new kit.

What does quantity 100 mean on this form?
One hundred complete kits of the size you picked, each with its own vinyl graphic and hardware. The list is 1 through 50, then 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100. It does not jump from 5 to a flyer-style 25. Quantity multiplies the full kit, not a loose reprint stack. If a wide 13oz cell has no shipping, that quantity stays locked instead of snapping to a neighbor.
X-frame or retractable for a hotel ballroom?
Pick the 33″ x 80″ retractable if you want a straight cassette base that hides the poles. One economical retractable kit is $120.73 to print and $140.12 packed to 33140 on Ground. Pick a 24″ x 63″ X-frame if you need the cheapest travel kit and can accept the X behind the vinyl. That default 10mil kit is $51.51 to print and $68.93 packed to 33140. Both print front only.
Can I print the back of the vinyl?
Not on this path. The only printed-sides row is Full Color Front, No Back. A two-sided stand is a different hardware family. If you already own the hardware and only need a new graphic, say so in the order notes so a full kit is not assumed. The guideline cards are still the size you must build to.
Will the 48″ x 78″ X-stand fit in an airline suitcase?
Unlikely. That is the wide kit. One 10mil Super Smooth 48″ x 78″ unit is $243.27 to print and $260.69 packed to 33140 on Ground. The 24″ x 63″ is the travel size and folds into a carry bag. The wide version still needs a checked case or a vehicle. Measure the door before you pick 48″ wide.
Why do some 48″ x 78″ 13oz quantities refuse a quote?
Quantity 70, 80, 85, 90, and 95 on 48″ x 78″ 13oz Matte Vinyl have no shipping cell, so the calculator returns unavailable instead of inventing freight. Quantity 75 on that same material still prices. Switch to 10mil Super Smooth, drop to a listed quantity that ships, or pick 32″ x 73″ if the booth can take a narrower face.
Is Next Day print the same as Next Day Air?
No. Next Day (Print) is production time. Next Day Air is the carrier after the kit is packed. On the default 24″ x 63″ 10mil quantity-1 row, Next Day Air to 33140 is $67.48 for transit. Next Day (Print) on the 48″ x 78″ 10mil quantity-1 row is $335.76 for print, then Ground is still $17.42 unless you change the carrier. Next Day (Print) locks on 33″ x 80″ at quantity 26 and above.
What are Standard and Premium under Previous orders?
They are leftover reprint labels, not a second default finish. Standard rematches 13oz Matte Vinyl on X-frames and Economical Retractable Vinyl on 33″ x 80″. Premium rematches 10mil Super Smooth on X-frames and Premium Retractable Vinyl on 33″ x 80″. A new order should pick the named vinyl. Keep Standard or Premium only when you are repeating an older invoice that used those words.
Should I buy a vinyl banner or an A-frame instead?
Use a vinyl banner when the art hangs on a fence, rail, or wall and you already have grommets or pole pockets in mind. Use an A-frame when the message must stand on a sidewalk in one 24″ x 36″ Signicade. Stay here when you need a standing kit with the hardware in the carton.
