What we check on every proof
- Document size matches the product you plan to order.
- 300 dpi effective resolution on photos and logos.
- 0.125″ bleed present on full-bleed backgrounds.
- Critical text inside the safe zone.
- Font embedding or outlines in PDFs.
Typical proof turnaround
Most free proofs return within one business day during weekday hours (Pacific). Rush print orders with paid proofs may receive faster review – note your in-hand date in the upload comments.
After you approve
Reply to the proof email with “approved” or requested changes. Then place your order on the matching product page and reference your proof ticket number in the order notes so production links the approved file automatically.
