Predesigned templates
This calculator is the main business-card ladder on 55printing. The form default is a 2″ x 3.5″ US standard rectangle on 14 pt. Gloss, full color both sides, quantity 250. That print is $19.44. Ground to ZIP 33140 is $17.09. The packed total is $36.53. Quantity starts at 25, which is lower than the 50-piece floor on the dedicated shape pages, and it climbs to 100,000. Reviewed 21 August 2026 by the 55printing production desk against this catalog quote and lookup-pricing.json.
The size list is not rectangle-only. After the US standard you can pick a 1.75″ x 3.5″ slim, a 2″ or 3″ square, a 2″ or 3″ circle, a 2″ x 3.5″ oval, or a 3.5″ x 1.75″ half circle. Corners default to Square Corners. Rounded Corners (0.25″ radius) is a separate option on this same form. Papers include 14 pt. Gloss (default), 14 pt. Uncoated, 16 pt. Premium Matte, 18 pt. Ultra Premium Smooth White, 100 lb. Matte Cover, 13 pt. Premium Linen, 18 pt. Premium Kraft, 18 pt. Ultra Premium Pearl, and the Trifecta boards. Turnaround defaults to Standard (3-5 Business Days). House catalog print money is this calculator. Shipping is the raw Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air row. The form above is the total that bills.

Use a Predesigned Design Studio card when you want a 2″ x 3.5″ canvas already set, then Order this art so the file lands on this form. The bleed-and-safe cards below are the download sheets for the same sizes. The price list is this calculator, not a guessed range.
Why this is the main card calculator, not a one-die page

Stay here when you still want to compare a wallet rectangle against a circle or a square on one quote. The dedicated circle, oval, half-circle, and square pages lock the die so a customer cannot wander back to 2″ x 3.5″. This page keeps the US standard selected and still prices the other dies. A 2″ x 2″ square at the same 14 pt. Gloss, full color both sides, quantity 250 prints at $27.72. Ground on that square row is $22.34. Packed is $50.06. Front-only on the default 2″ x 3.5″ at 250 prints at $16.44 and packs at $33.53 with the same $17.09 ground.
1,000 of the default 2″ x 3.5″ 14 pt. Gloss, full color both sides, prints at $33.73. Ground on 1,000 is $17.38. Packed is $51.11. 16 pt. Premium Matte on that same 250 duplex rectangle prints at $31.94 and packs at $49.03 with $17.09 ground. Those are catalog cells, not sale stickers.
Who should skip this page
Buy this page if you need the US 2″ x 3.5″ wallet card, or you want one calculator that still lists the other dies. Skip it if the job is only a 2″ or 3″ circle. That is circle business cards. Skip it if the job is only a 2″ x 3.5″ oval. That is oval business cards. Skip it if you already know you want a half-circle dome. That is half-circle business cards. Skip it if you want a 2″ or 3″ sharp square and nothing else. That is square business cards. Skip it if the corners must be radiused on a dedicated page. That is round corners business cards. Skip it if production must be locked to 2-3 business days. That is express business cards. Skip it if you need 49 to 5,000 cards in 1-2 business days on 80 lb or 100 lb cover. That is Digital Fast business cards.
Size, sides, and quantity money
250 is the default because it is the everyday restock, not a sample and not a warehouse fill. 25 exists on this form. The dedicated shape pages start at 50. 1,000 is the next common jump. Change the ZIP and the ground row can move. Reset Size 2″ x 3.5″ (US Standard), Shape Standard Rectangle, Paper 14 pt. Gloss, Sides Full Color Both Sides (4/4), Quantity 250, and Turnaround Standard (3-5 Business Days) to recover the $19.44 print starting point.
| Size and quantity | Ground | Print + ground | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2″ x 3.5″ US standard, qty 250 (form default) | $19.44 | $17.09 | $36.53 |
| 2″ x 3.5″ US standard, qty 1,000 | $33.73 | $17.38 | $51.11 |
| 2″ x 2″ square, qty 250 | $27.72 | $22.34 | $50.06 |
How production time and shipping differ
Standard production is 3-5 business days after you approve the file and pay. Linen, kraft, pearl, smooth white, and Trifecta add 2 production days on the paper note. Shipping starts after production. Ground on the default row is listed as 1 to 4 days in transit. 2nd Day Air on 250 default cards to 33140 is $25.67. Next Day Air on that row is $33.94. Packed with 2nd Day Air is $45.11. Packed with Next Day Air is $53.38. Those are carrier prices, not a faster print clock. If you need the print clock locked to 2-3 days, leave this page and open express business cards.
The 1.5" x 3.5" slim row is retired and is not a current market-reference size. Do not build a file for it. Use 1.75" x 3.5" slim. 11 pt. Matte Cover is on the paper list as a thin leave-behind, not a luxury wallet board. Custom Die-Cut is a 4x print multiplier on the standard rectangle row, not a free extra shape.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a print-ready PDF or flattened PNG at 300 DPI in the size you pick. Keep type and logos inside the cyan safe on the guideline cards. A 2″ x 3.5″ wallet card can hold a name, title, phone, and a QR. A 2″ circle cannot. Open a Predesigned Design Studio card, then use Order this art so the canvas lands on this form with the size already selected and the art attached. You can also download the bleed-and-safe sheet and upload a PDF. Digital PDF Proof is the listed free proof option. No Proof, Print As-Is is the default when you have already checked the file.
If you already know the die and you do not want the other sizes in the dropdown, open that dedicated shape page. This page is the comparison calculator with the US standard selected.
Economical business card questions
Why does this page start at 25 when the circle page starts at 50?
This is the offset-style main ladder. Quantity 25 is a priced step here. The dedicated circle, oval, half-circle, square, and round-corners pages start at 50. Digital Fast starts at 49 and stops at 5,000. If you need 25 US standard cards, stay here. If you need 25 circles, this form can still price a circle, but the dedicated circle page is the cleaner die story. 250 of the default 2″ x 3.5″ duplex gloss prints at $19.44 and packs at $36.53 with ground to 33140.
Is 14 pt. Gloss thick enough for a wallet?
Yes. 14 pt. Gloss is the everyday cover on this form and the default paper. 100 lb. Matte Cover measures about 10 pt. and flexes more. 16 pt. Premium Matte is the thicker dull board. 18 pt. Smooth White, kraft, and pearl add 2 production days. 11 pt. Matte Cover is the thin leave-behind. Do not treat 11 pt. like a luxury card. 250 default 14 pt. Gloss duplex cards print at $19.44. The same 250 on 16 pt. Premium Matte print at $31.94.
Do I get rounded corners on this calculator?
Yes. Corners default to Square Corners. Rounded Corners (0.25″ radius) is an option on this form for the rectangle and square sizes. If you want the radius to be the whole product story, with 2″ x 3.5″ round corners as the default size, use the dedicated round-corners page. That page starts at quantity 100 and front-only. This page starts at 250 duplex on a sharp rectangle. The two calculators are not the same default money.
What happened to the 1.5″ slim?
That slim is retired and is not a current market-reference size. The form still shows the row as retired so nobody rebuilds a file for it. Order 1.75″ x 3.5″ slim if you want a narrow card. A retired size will not reprint as the 1.75″ slim. Keep names and phones inside the cyan safe. Thin slims clip a QR in the corner faster than a 2″ x 3.5″ wallet card.
How do production days differ from the delivery window?
Production is 3-5 business days on Standard after you approve the file and pay. Specialty papers add 2 days. Shipping starts after that clock. Ground is 1 to 4 days in transit on the shipping method list. 2nd Day Air on 250 default cards to 33140 is $25.67. Next Day Air is $33.94. Express shipping does not shorten print. If the show is Saturday, count production first, then pick the carrier. The express business-card page is the 2-3 day print lock.
Should I order 100,000 here or call?
The form prices 100,000. Confirm carton count and the ground row before you click through on a run that large. Ground grows with weight. The 250 default packed total is $36.53 to 33140. 1,000 of the same spec packs at $51.11. A 100,000-card order is a freight conversation, not a 250-card envelope. The live total is the authority, not a remembered sale price.
If the US standard wallet card is the job, set the form back to the $19.44 default or pick another die from the list, then add the order from this page.
