The oval eats the four corners of a normal card. Do not put a QR or a license number in a corner block. Those blocks are gone. Papers are 100 lb. Matte Cover, 14 pt. Gloss, 14 pt. Uncoated, 16 pt Premium Matte, 13 pt Premium Linen, and 18 pt Premium Kraft. Linen and kraft add 2 production days. This is not the circle page and not the half-circle page. Those dies are different. The form above is the total that bills.

Why the four corners are gone
A circle is a disk and fights a wallet. A half circle keeps one straight edge. An oval keeps the wallet length and deletes every corner. That is the only reason this page exists. 100 duplex ovals on 14 pt. Gloss print at $39.00 and pack at $52.70 with $13.70 ground. 16 pt. Premium Matte on 100 front-only ovals prints at $41.06 and packs at $54.76. 14 pt. Uncoated on that row prints at $33.86, the same print cell as default gloss, and still packs at $47.56 with $13.70 ground. Kraft on 100 front-only ovals prints at $46.55 and packs at $60.25.
1,000 of the default front-only gloss ovals print at $66.40. Ground on 1,000 is $14.60. Packed is $81.00. The half-circle page at the same 1,000 step is also $66.40 print, but that ground is $14.87. Who should skip this page
Buy this page if the card must be a continuous curve and still slide into a US holder. Skip it if you want a full disk. That is circle business cards. Skip it if you want one straight edge. One oval size, three honest totals
There is no 3″ oval on this form. Quantity 50 is the first step. Quantity 100 is the default. The economical page can also price an oval if you change the shape there. This page keeps the oval selected so nobody slips back to a sharp rectangle.

How production time and shipping differ
Standard production is 3-5 business days after you approve the file and pay. This form does not list a rush print line. Linen and kraft add 2 days. Shipping starts after production. Ground is 1 to 4 days in transit. 2nd Day Air on 100 default ovals to 33140 is $21.69. Next Day Air is $29.39. Packed with 2nd Day Air is $55.55. Packed with Next Day Air is $63.25. Those are carrier prices, not a faster oval die.
There is no 3" oval. Corner type will clip because there is no corner. A QR belongs in the center, not on an end. Foil is not a form option. The six stocks are the list.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a 2″ x 3.5″ oval PDF or flattened PNG at 300 DPI, or open a Predesigned Design Studio card. Keep names and phones on the long center axis. Download the bleed-and-safe sheet so the curve does not cut a letter. 14 pt. Uncoated is the writing stock if someone will jot a note. Silver Package is the listed design-build option when you do not have a file.
If you still need a straight side for a URL, open half-circle cards. If you only need a softer corner on a rectangle, open round-corners cards.
Oval card questions
Will an oval 2″ x 3.5″ fit a standard card holder?
Usually yes. The long and short sides still match a US card. The holder just sees softer corners. A 2″ circle will not do that. A 3″ square will not do that. 100 default ovals print at $33.86 and pack at $47.56 with ground to 33140. If the holder is a tight metal clip, test one card. The oval is slightly shorter on the diagonal than a sharp rectangle.
Why is there only one size?
That is the priced oval die. There is no 3″ oval on this form. The circle page has 2″ and 3″ disks. The square page has 2″ and 3″ squares. This page is the wallet-length oval only. Do not upload a 3″ oval and hope it shrinks. Build to the 2″ x 3.5″ guideline sheet.
Does kraft look like a brown oval sticker?
No. 18 pt. kraft is a thick brown board, not a BOPP label. It is still a card. 100 front-only kraft ovals print at $46.55 and pack at $60.25. Kraft adds 2 production days. Gloss is the $33.86 start if you want a photo. Uncoated is the same $33.86 print cell as default gloss at this step if you want a pen on the back.
Can I get foil on the oval?
Not as a form option. The six stocks are the list. No foil, no spot UV add-on, no custom foil color. If the file needs a metallic ink, that is a quote, not this calculator. Stay on 14 pt. Gloss for the $33.86 start or 16 pt. Premium Matte at $41.06 when you want a dull thicker board.
Why does 1,000-piece ground differ from the half-circle page?
Both dies print 1,000 front-only 14 pt. Gloss cards at $66.40. This oval row ships at $14.60 ground. The half-circle row ships at $14.87 ground. Packed here is $81.00. Packed there is $81.27. The carton is not the same shape. Do not paste a half-circle shipping number onto an oval order. This form is the billed ground.
How do production days differ from the delivery window?
Production is 3-5 business days on Standard after you approve the file and pay. This form does not sell a rush print add-on. Shipping starts after that clock. Ground is 1 to 4 days in transit. 2nd Day Air on 100 default ovals to 33140 is $21.69. Next Day Air is $29.39. A faster truck does not cut a faster curve. If the salon opening is Saturday, count press days first.
