Use a Predesigned Design Studio card for a starting 3.5″ x 2″ layout, then Order this art so the file lands on this form. The form default is still the 2″ circle. Rebuild the art on the circle bleed sheet before you upload. The price list is this calculator.
Why a 2″ circle does not live in a card case

Carry 2″ circles in a pouch or a small tin. A 3″ circle is a table drop, not a pocket card. 100 of the 3″ die on 14 pt. Gloss, front only, prints at $37.09 and packs at $50.79 with the same $13.70 ground. The print gap between 2″ and 3″ is $0.44 at this step. You are paying for the round die, not a huge extra disk of paper. Duplex on the 2″ die at 100 prints at $41.75 and packs at $55.45. 16 pt. Premium Matte on 100 of the 2″ front-only cards prints at $40.18 and packs at $53.88. 18 pt. Premium Kraft on that same 2″ row prints at $52.72 and packs at $66.42.
1,000 of the default 2″ front-only gloss circles print at $67.62. Ground on 1,000 is $14.40. Packed is $82.02. Reset Size 2″ Diameter Circle, Paper 14 pt. Gloss, Sides Full Color Front, No Back, Quantity 100 to recover the $36.65 print.

Diameter and quantity money
2″ is the default because it is the cheaper disk and the easier palm handout. 3″ is the showpiece. There is no 4″ circle on this form. Quantity 50 is the first priced step. Quantity 100 is the default.
| Size and quantity | Ground | Print + ground | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2″ diameter circle, qty 100 (form default) | $36.65 | $13.70 | $50.35 |

How production time and shipping differ
Standard production is 3-5 business days after you approve the file and pay. This form does not list a rush print line. Linen and kraft add 2 days. Shipping starts after production. Ground is 1 to 4 days in transit. 2nd Day Air on 100 default 2″ circles to 33140 is $21.69. Next Day Air is $29.39. Packed with 2nd Day Air is $58.34. Packed with Next Day Air is $66.04. Those are carrier prices, not a faster circle die.
Most card scanners expect a 3.5" x 2" rectangle. A 2" or 3" circle will not feed. Plan on a phone camera. Type on the rim falls into the cut. Keep the name in the center. There is no 4" circle on this page.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a 2″ x 2″ or 3″ x 3″ circular PDF or flattened PNG at 300 DPI, or open a Predesigned Design Studio card. The guideline rings matter more on a circle than on a rectangle because every edge is a cut. Keep the logo inside the cyan safe. A rim phone number is how files fail. Silver Package is the listed design-build option when you do not have a file.
If you need a wallet fit with a softer corner, open oval cards or round-corners cards. This page is the disk.
Circle card questions
Will a 2″ circle fit in a standard card case?
Poorly. Most cases are built for 3.5″ x 2″ rectangles. The disk rolls, sits loose, or falls out. Carry 2″ circles in a pouch or a small tin. A 3″ circle will not go in that case at all. 100 default 2″ gloss circles print at $36.65 and pack at $50.35 with ground to 33140. If the card must live in a wallet, use the economical 2″ x 3.5″ rectangle or the oval page.
Which stock feels closest to a normal card?
14 pt. Gloss (default) or 16 pt. Premium Matte. 100 lb. Matte Cover is thinner. 18 pt. kraft is the thick brown board and adds 2 production days. 100 of the default 2″ gloss front-only cards print at $36.65. The same 100 on 16 pt. Premium Matte print at $40.18. Kraft on that row prints at $52.72. Uncoated is the writing stock if someone will jot a note on the back.
Can I get a 4″ circle?
Not on this page. 2″ and 3″ are the priced diameters. A 4″ disk is a coaster conversation, not this form. Do not upload a 4″ file and hope the 3″ die scales it. Build to the guideline sheet for the diameter you pick. 100 of the 3″ die prints at $37.09, only $0.44 above the 2″ default at this step.
Does a circle die cost more than a rectangle?
Yes, on these catalogs. 100 default 2″ circles print at $36.65. 250 default 2″ x 3.5″ duplex rectangles on the economical page print at $19.44. Do not assume a circle matches economical money. The form on this page is the circle path. The economical page can also price a circle if you change the shape there, but this page keeps the disk selected so nobody slips back to a wallet rectangle by habit.
How do production days differ from the delivery window?
Production is 3-5 business days on Standard after you approve the file and pay. This form does not sell a rush print add-on. Shipping starts after that clock. Ground is 1 to 4 days in transit. 2nd Day Air on 100 default circles to 33140 is $21.69. Next Day Air is $29.39. Express shipping does not cut the circle faster. If the tasting is Saturday, count press days first.
Where should the name sit on a 2″ circle?
In the center. The rim is the cut. A phone on the edge will lose digits. A QR needs to sit inside the cyan safe with quiet space around it. Open a Predesigned Design Studio card on this page, then Order this art so the 2″ die is already selected. Download the 2″ bleed-and-safe sheet if you build the file in another program. This default is front only. Add a grayscale or full-color back if the disk will be flipped.
If the round handout is the job, set the form back to the $36.65 default or pick the 3″ die, then add the order from this page.
