What to upload
- PDF, JPG, PNG, or TIFF at 300 DPI when your design includes photos.
- Files with bleed if color runs to the edge of the finished piece.
- Separate front/back files when the product prints two sides.
- Notes about coating, paper stock, or rush turnaround if you discussed them with support.
Before you submit
Double-check phone numbers, promo codes, and dates on coupons or event flyers. For upload orders, small typos become expensive once a full run is on press. If you are unsure about margins or color, request a free PDF proof first – our team can fix spacing and contrast before you commit to quantity.
What happens next
After upload, production reviews file size, resolution, and bleed. You may receive a proof link by email or a call from (800) 683-4296 if something needs clarification. Approved jobs move into the print queue based on the turnaround you selected at checkout.
