Letterhead is a flat 8.5″ x 11″ or 8.5″ x 14″ first sheet. That job belongs on custom letterhead printing. A cheap flyer default is a flat 4″ x 6″ handout. That job belongs on cheap flyers. Size, window, and quantity money
#10 (4.125″ x 9.5″) Standard is the default because a tri-folded letter fits that pocket. #10 Standard with Window is the invoice mailer when the insert already carries the address. #10 Universal is the third #10 cut on the same list. #9 (3.875″ x 8.875″) Commercial is the reply size that slides inside a #10. A-7 is the announcement pocket most 5″ x 7″ cards expect. A-2 (4.375″ x 5.75″) will not swallow a 4″ x 6″ card. 6″ x 9″ and 6.5″ x 9.5″ booklet and catalog cuts are for thicker inserts, not a letter fold. On those two 6-inch booklet and catalog families, Full Color Both Sides is not a live choice.

How production time and shipping differ
Standard production is 3-5 business days after you approve the file and pay. The 70 lb opaque line adds +1 business day before that clock is done. Rush and Express are visible and locked on this dropdown, so a faster print clock is not a customer choice here. Shipping starts after production. Ground on the default hundred to 33140 is $14.07. That is the only live carrier on this form. A faster truck does not exist on this URL, and changing the ZIP does not add Rush.
Quantity 100 is the floor. There is one paper. Rush and Express stay disabled. Shipping is Ground only. Keep the center of a closed-face #10 empty so the address can still be printed, labeled, or written.
