Size and fold money
8.5″ x 11″ is the default because most racks expect a letter tri-fold. 6″ x 9″ is the smaller rack card. 11″ x 17″ is the larger panel sheet. 11″ x 25.5″ is the wide map fold. 12″ x 18″ is the largest cut on this form. Folds are size-locked. On letter, the live allow list is Tri-Fold, Z-Fold, Half Fold to 4.25″ x 11″, and Half Fold to 5.5″ x 8.5″. Do not pick an accordion on 8.5″ x 11″ and expect the form to keep it.

Quantity 100 is the floor on the live dropdown. Single-sided color is not a customer option. The 2-3 day print clock is not on this dropdown. 100 lb gloss cover can crack on a tight tri-fold if type sits on the score. Folds that belong to 9" x 16" or 12" x 18" will not stay selected on letter.
Artwork and the upload path
Build one flat PDF at 300 DPI for the unfolded sheet, not three separate panel files. Add 0.125″ bleed if color runs to the trim. Keep phones, prices, and logos inside the safe zone and off the fold.
