Why this is not a cling or a solid decal
Perforated window vinyl is adhesive one-way vision film. The print faces the street. The holes let light and a view pass from the inside. Window clings on this shop are 8 mil white static film for interior glass and they peel without adhesive. Window decals are solid 3 mil adhesive vinyl and they block the pane. Use window clings when the hours strip must come off the inside of the door. Use window decals when the art can cover the glass. Stay here when the driver or the cashier still needs to see out.

Yes. The film is 70/30 perforated window vinyl. About 30 percent of the sheet is open holes. From the street the print reads as a graphic. From the inside you still get a view and daylight.
