Tray window versus no tray
Tray versus no-tray is the jewel tray window, not a different trim. Without Tray means the paper sits as a loose face or a booklet the buyer lifts out. With Tray means the case still uses the clear plastic tray, so the back art has to read through that window and stay clear of the hub hole. Measure the case you already own before you pick. A with-tray file on a tray-less sleeve leaves a flap that will not seat. A without-tray file behind a tray hides the spine credits. 100 lb. Gloss Book is the photo-album default. 80 lb. Matte Text is the liner-note face that stays readable in low light. Matte Text adds one business day on the paper note. Confirm that clock on the live form before you promise a street date.
Production clock versus shipping

When do I pick With Tray instead of Without Tray?
Pick With Tray when the case still uses the clear plastic tray and the back art must read through that window. Pick Without Tray when the paper is a loose front face or a booklet the buyer lifts out. The trim stays 4.75″ either way. The difference is the tray window and the hub keepout, not a new size. Measure the case before you commit, because a with-tray flap on a tray-less sleeve will not seat, and a without-tray back behind a tray hides the credits you wanted people to see.

Can I print 100 inserts for a demo?

Order the 250 floor or split the short test onto another product that actually prices a smaller pack. The four jewel cuts all open at 250. Changing from Single Panel Without Tray to a double-panel tray wrap does not unlock a 100-piece cell. The form will not invent a quantity it does not list.
Is the 4.75″ square the printed disc face?
No. Disc-face printing is ink on the disc, and that path is not this insert list. The 4.75″ square here is the paper panel that sits in the jewel lid or behind the tray. Build the file to the panel you picked, not to the disc diameter. A disc-face file will crop wrong on the jewel well, and a jewel file will not center on a disc. Keep the two jobs on two files even when the album art looks similar.
