How production time and shipping differ
The turnaround label on the form is the print clock. Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air start after that clock. One hundred default mini menus to ZIP 33140 on Ground is $15.93 in transit on the billed row. Air does not add a third fold. It only changes the carton speed after the cards are packed.
Only two sizes. An 8.5" x 11" tri-fold is not a cell. 18 pt kraft is still a pocket card, not a standing tent. Quantity 25 is the floor. Table tents on this shop open at a different size and a different stand. Do not upload a tent file onto this score.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a flat PDF at 3.25″ x 4″ or 4″ x 4″, 300 DPI, with the score in the center as the guideline shows. Keep prices off the score. Add 0.125″ bleed if color runs to the trim. Can I get an 8.5″ x 11″ tri-fold on this page?
No. This calculator prices two pocket folds only: 3.25″ x 4″ pre-scored to 2″ x 3.25″ Vertical, and 4″ x 4″ pre-scored to 2″ x 4″ Vertical. Letter-class folds live on brochure printing. The default hundred here bills $52.71 print and $15.93 Ground to 33140. Uploading a tri-fold PDF will not create a third size. Leave for brochures when the guest needs a full menu, not a drink insert.
Will 18 pt kraft stand in a napkin holder like a tent?
It is a thick pocket card. It will not stand on its own the way a 4″ x 8″ table tent stands. Use the tent page if the piece must stand. Keep this page for menus tucked in a holder or handed with the check. Kraft fits a rustic bar. Pearl fits a tasting room. The $52.71 print figure is the default 100 lb. Gloss Cover hundred. Changing stock reprices the run.
Why start at 25 when table tents start higher?
Twenty-five is a bar-shift test, enough for a weekend of covers. This page is the smaller starting point for a pocket insert. Table tents use a different size, a different stand, and a different floor. The billed default here is still 100 cards at $52.71 print. You can step to 25, but do not quote $52.71 on that step. Reset quantity 100 to recover the live open.
Does both sides print on the folded pocket?
Follow the sides field. The default open is Full Color Both Sides. A front-only order prints the outside face only, so the inside of the fold can stay blank. Grayscale back is the third listed path. How should I build the file around the score?
Export the flat size, not the finished 2″ width. 3.25″ x 4″ is the default flat. The score runs so the piece folds to 2″ x 3.25″ Vertical. Keep drink names and prices off that score. Download the matching guideline card. A table-tent file is a different geometry and will fold wrong. The live price list still shows the $52.71 print row for the default hundred.
Is this a flyer I can leave on the host stand?
It can sit on a host stand after it is folded, but the product is a pre-scored pocket card, not a flat flyer. Flyers stay flat and use a different size list. If you need 100 flat 4″ x 6″ handouts, leave for cheap flyers. Stay here when the guest unfolds a 2″ pocket. The default mini menu hundred packs at $68.64 to 33140 on Ground.
