The live form opens on the same 0.5″ x 1″ Vertical hundred as the sharp-rectangle sibling. Forty-four sizes and the same nine films are on the list: Clear BOPP, White BOPP as the default open, glossy white vinyl, white or clear removable, Estate #8, cream laid, white laid, and silver foil BOPP. The difference is the knife. Each corner is radiused so a squeeze bottle or a carton edge is less likely to catch a sharp point. That radius eats a little of each corner. A QR code or a barcode parked in a corner block will clip.
A sharp-corner file will lose the radii. If you draw square corners and send the file here, the die still rounds them. Type that sat in a corner on the sharp page will sit in the cut. Build the file on the rounded-corner guideline, not on the sharp-rectangle sheet. This page stays rectangular. A true square with rounded corners is a different die on the square URL. A stadium or pill shape is not this oval-less rectangle.

How production time and shipping differ
The turnaround label on the form is the print clock. Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air start after that clock. One hundred default rounded 0.5″ x 1″ Vertical labels to ZIP 33140 on Ground is $16.73 in transit on the billed row. Air does not change the radius. If an applicator needs a specific unwind, write it in the order notes after checkout.
The die is the standard radius for this shape. We do not redraw a custom corner on this form. Quantity 100 is the floor. These convert on a roll. A custom radius needs a quote outside this calculator. Do not park a UPC in a radiused corner on the 0.5" x 1" die.

Rounded rectangle label questions
If the money is the same, why not use the sharp-rectangle page?
Because the knife is different. Both pages bill $71.46 print and $16.73 Ground to 33140 on the 0.5″ x 1″ Vertical hundred. This die rounds the corners so a squeeze bottle is less likely to lift a point. The sharp page keeps square corners for a carton that butts an edge. A file built for one die is wrong on the other. Clone the page copy and you will still send the wrong cut to the press.
What happens if I upload a sharp-corner rectangle file here?
The die still rounds every corner. Type, a crop mark, or a QR that sat in a square corner on the sharp guideline will sit in the radius and clip. Download this page’s rounded guideline and rebuild the inset. Design Studio Order this art from a card on this URL keeps the rounded die selected. Do not reuse a sharp-rectangle Studio card and expect the radii to appear in the file.
Can I pick a custom corner radius?
No. The form prices the standard radius for this rounded-rectangle family. There is no radius field. If the bottle drawing calls for a different radius, that is a custom die quote, not a dropdown. Stay here when the standard radius is enough. The default hundred still bills $71.46 print. A true circle or a true oval is a different URL, not a radius slider on this page.
Is silver foil BOPP a spot-foil stamp on the rounded die?
No. Silver Foil BOPP is a metallic face. Artwork still prints in color on that face. The shine covers the whole label, including the radiused corners. It is not a selected-area foil stamp. Estate #8 and laid textures are the paper-look faces. White BOPP remains the default open. Changing film reprices the run. The $71.46 figure is the default White BOPP hundred.
Will a barcode still scan on a 0.5″ x 1″ rounded rectangle?
Only a short, high-contrast mark, and even then the radii steal corner space the sharp die would have kept. Most UPC marks need 1″ x 2″ or larger. Keep bars in the center, away from the four radii, and test a scan before 50,000. The default hundred packs at $88.19 to 33140 on Ground. A failed scan on a radiused corner is a reprint, not a film swap.
Is a rounded square the same as this page?
No. This page stays rectangular. Width and height differ on every size except by chance on a square-looking pair that is still sold as a rectangle.
