Shipping & Roll Details

To streamline both manual and machine applications, your labels will be produced on standard 3" cores. Here are some key points about our roll label shipping:

• Roll Width & Capacity: Depending on the size of your labels and the total quantity, your order may come on one or more rolls. This ensures the best fit for your label dispenser or hand-application method.
• Wind Position: If you’ll be applying labels by machine, specify the wind position so your labels dispense in the correct orientation. Hand application is flexible, but a consistent wind position may still help keep labeling organized.
• Storage Temperatures: Our permanent adhesives can be applied at temperatures as low as 25°F, with a service temperature range from –60°F to +200°F.
• Food Contact: These labels are not approved for direct contact with food. We recommend using them on product packaging, jars, or external surfaces only.

• Preferred File Formats: JPG, PNG, TIF/TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, and PDF.
• Resolution: 300–350 DPI for best print clarity.
• Color Mode: CMYK to ensure accurate color reproduction.
• Bleed: Add a 0.125" bleed on all sides for full coverage.
• Multi-Page PDFs: If uploading a multipage document, the first page is assumed to be the front design and the second page the back (if applicable).
