The live form opens on Size 1″ x 1″, quantity 100. That is the billed row. The seven squares are 1″ x 1″, 1.5″ x 1.5″, 2″ x 2″, 2.5″ x 2.5″, 3″ x 3″, 4″ x 4″, and 5″ x 5″. Width equals height on every row. Films match the roll family: Clear BOPP, White BOPP as the default open, glossy white vinyl, white or clear removable, Estate #8, cream laid, white laid, and silver foil BOPP. Printing is Full Color Front, No Back.
Rounded corners mean a sharp-square file will lose the radii, the same trap as the rounded-rectangle sibling. A 1″ circle is a different die. A 1″ x 2″ rectangle is a different URL. Stay here when both sides match and the corners must be soft so a bag or a box edge is less likely to lift a point. There is no 0.5″ square and no 6″ square.

How production time and shipping differ
The turnaround label on the form is the print clock. Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air start after that clock. One hundred default 1″ x 1″ squares to ZIP 33140 on Ground is $16.73 in transit on the billed row. Air does not grow a 1″ chip into a 5″ chip. If an applicator needs a specific unwind, write it in the order notes after checkout.
Seven sizes only. A sharp-square file loses the radii. A circle file leaves empty corners inside the square die. Quantity 100 is the floor. There is no 0.75" square. Do not park a QR in a rounded corner on the 1" chip.
Artwork and the upload path
Build a print-ready PDF at the exact square, 300 DPI, using the rounded-corner guideline. Inset every logo from the four radii. Add bleed if color runs to the trim. Is a 1″ circle the same as a 1″ x 1″ square?
No. A 1″ Diameter circle is cut on the circle page. A 1″ x 1″ rounded square is this die, $71.66 print and $16.73 Ground to 33140 on the default hundred. The circle leaves the corners of the square empty. The square leaves the circle’s rim unused. Build on the matching guideline. Design Studio Order this art from this page keeps the square selected. Do not send a circle file and hope the corners print.
How many squares are on this form?
Seven: 1″, 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″, 3″, 4″, and 5″, each side matching. There is no 0.5″ square and no 6″ square. Rectangle pages start at 0.5″ x 1″ because those sides are not equal. If you need a 0.5″ chip, that is not this calculator. The $71.66 print figure is the 1″ x 1″ hundred. Changing to 5″ x 5″ reprices the run.
What happens if I upload a sharp-corner square?
The die still rounds every corner. Type or a crop mark that sat in a square corner will sit in the radius and clip. Pull this page’s rounded guideline and inset the art. The same rule lives on the rounded-rectangle sibling, but that sibling is not equal-sided. Stay here when width equals height. The default hundred still packs at $88.39 to 33140 on Ground.
Can I get a custom corner radius on the 2″ square?
No. The form prices the standard radius for this square family. There is no radius field. A custom radius needs a quote outside this calculator. Stay here when the standard radius is enough. Quantity starts at 100 and ends at 50,000. The $71.66 print cell is the default 1″ hundred, not a custom-die fee.
Which film for a bakery bag chip?
White BOPP is the dry-goods default. Clear BOPP shows the bag color. Glossy white vinyl takes more scuff on a handled bag. Removable films are for short-term promotions on dry stock. Estate #8 and laid textures read as paper. Silver foil BOPP is a metallic face. Changing film reprices the cart. The $71.66 figure is White BOPP on the 1″ hundred.
Do these convert on a roll?
Yes. They convert on a roll, not as a sheet of mixed squares. Hand application still works from the same roll. Write unwind notes after checkout if a machine needs a direction.
