Why this is the volume flyer page, not a copy run
Cheap flyers are the offset-style stack for a door drop, a sidewalk team, or a rack that needs hundreds to tens of thousands. The size list has twenty-four cuts, from a 2″ x 2″ mini through 4″ x 6″, 5″ x 7″, letter, legal, and larger sheets. Papers run 70 lb opaque and 80 lb / 100 lb book stocks up through 14 pt gloss, 14 pt uncoated, linen, kraft, pearl, and smooth white. That is a print-shop flyer menu, not a copier tray.
One hundred default 4″ x 6″ flyers print at $29.33 and pack at $40.34 with ground to 33140. One thousand of that same size, paper, and front-only spec print at $68.44. Ground on one thousand is $11.71. Packed one thousand is $80.15. One hundred 5″ x 7″ flyers on the same 100 lb gloss book, front only, print at $26.07 and pack at $37.10. Size, paper, and quantity money
4″ x 6″ is the default because it pockets and still holds a headline, a date, and a URL. 5″ x 7″ is the invite-class cut on the same ladder. 8.5″ x 11″ is the full-page handout. 100 lb gloss book is the stack-and-hand default. 14 pt gloss is the card-like flyer that does not flop in a rack. 14 pt uncoated is the sheet people can write on. Kraft and pearl are premium faces, not the cheapest door-drop.

Is 100 lb gloss book thick enough for a rack?
It is a 5 pt book / text weight. It stacks and hands well. It will flop in a deep rack if the rack is windy or the flyer is 8.5″ x 11″. For a card-like flyer that stands, pick 14 pt Gloss. One hundred 4″ x 6″ 14 pt Gloss, front only, prints at $31.05 and packs at $42.08 with ground to 33140. 14 pt Uncoated is the write-on sibling of that thicker sheet.
When should I print both sides?
Print both sides when the back has a map, hours, or a coupon. Full color both sides on the default 4″ x 6″ hundred is $33.52 print and $44.53 packed to 33140. Front only is $29.33 print. Front with a black-and-white back is the middle choice when the back is text only. Blank back is the default because most street handouts are one-face.
How do production days differ from the delivery window?
