Tell us about your calendar

Fields marked with * are required. Everything else helps us design it faster.

You want a professional calendar with your name on it, but there is no design file. Tell us the business, the look you like, and the format. A designer builds a free layout with industry artwork and a real 2027 date grid, then sends a digital proof and a print price. Nothing prints until you approve.

What the free design includes

  • Your format. A single-page calendar card, a saddle stitched multi-page booklet, or a one-page year at a glance layout.
  • Industry artwork. A theme that fits your business: contractor, restaurant, salon, real estate, church, school, sports, fitness, pet care, and more. You can also send your own photos.
  • A real 2027 grid. Correct dates, holidays marked, and room to write, not placeholder boxes.
  • Your branding. Business name, phone, website, logo, and the headline you want on the cover.
  • A digital proof. You see the actual layout before anything goes to print.

How it works (3 steps)

  1. Send the request. Pick the format, the theme, and tell us what the calendar should say. A logo or photos help but are not required.
  2. We design it. A designer builds one concept with print-safe margins, bleed, and the hanging hole position marked. You get it as a digital proof.
  3. You decide. Approve the design and get a print price, or ask for changes. You only pay when you order printing.

Pick a format

  • Single-page calendar card. A flat card with the year or a few months, printed on thick stock. The lowest-cost way to put your name on a client fridge, bulletin board, or invoice envelope.
  • Multi-page booklet calendar. A saddle stitched calendar with a cover, monthly spreads, and a hanging hole. The classic client gift and fundraiser format, printed at 6 x 9.5 inches.
  • Year at a glance page. All 12 months on one sheet for walls, folders, and welcome packets.

If you already have a file and only need it checked, upload it on the file uploader instead. To see pricing first, open the calendar printing page.

Free calendar design questions

Is the calendar design really free?
Yes. We build one design concept and show it as a digital proof at no charge. You only pay if you decide to print. If the design needs a change, tell us and we adjust it.
What formats can you design?
Three: a flat single-page calendar card, a saddle stitched multi-page booklet (the classic 6 x 9.5 wall calendar with a hanging hole), and a one-page year at a glance sheet. Pick the format on the form or describe what you have in mind.
Can you match my industry?
Yes. The theme picker covers the most requested industries: contractors, restaurants, salons and barbershops, real estate, churches, schools, sports teams, gyms, pet care, dental and medical offices, professional offices, and retail. If your industry is not listed, pick Other and describe the look in the notes.
What if I have my own photos or logo?
Send what you have. A logo, product photos, team photos, or artwork all help. If you only have a logo, we design around it. If you have nothing, we start from the industry theme.
How long does the design take?
A first concept usually lands within 1 business day. Revisions follow the same channel. Printing time starts after you approve the proof and place the order.
Do I have to order after seeing the design?
No. The design step is free with no obligation. Most people who approve the design order printing because the per-calendar price drops hard at bulk quantities, but the choice is yours.
Can I use the design file myself?
The free concept is built for printing with us. If you want a file to keep or print elsewhere, tell us in the notes and we will tell you what is possible before you decide.
