This postcard page is the full mailer list, not the Digital Fast five-size set. There are 36 sizes, from 4″ x 11″ coupon strips and 4.25″ x 11″ menu mailers through 6.5″ x 9″ neighborhood flats, 8.5″ x 11″ circulars, and 9″ x 12″ business flats. Quantity starts at 100 and ends at 100,000. 14 pt gloss is the workhorse. 100 lb matte cover and the thicker premium boards are also on the form.

Use this page when you will stamp or permit-mail the cards yourself, or hand them out as oversized cards. EDDM is a sibling page with the same money on overlapping sizes and a shorter, EDDM-eligible list. Digital Fast postcards stop at 5,000 and skip most of these large flats.

Print one side or both. Postage is not in the print total.

4″ x 6″ or 6.5″ x 9″ for a restaurant?

4″ x 6″ is a table card. 6.5″ x 9″ is a mailbox flat. If you need 4″ x 6″ and it is not in the first screen, scroll the size list. This page is built around larger mailers as well as small cards.

Is 14 pt gloss thick enough for a sorting machine?

Yes, that is the usual mail feel on this list. 100 lb matte cover is lighter. Ultra boards are the premium hand-feel, not a postage requirement.

Do I need the EDDM page instead?

Only if you will drop Every Door Direct Mail. The overlapping sizes should match this page on print and ground ship. EDDM simply hides sizes that are not EDDM-eligible.

Can I start at 50 postcards?

No. 100 is the floor. Digital Fast postcards start at 49.
