Honest limit: Online postcard printing is not same-hour retail pickup. Build production and shipping (and USPS time for mail) into your campaign calendar.
How to plan a postcard job that actually gets used
Start with the distribution path, not the pretty mockup. Hand-to-hand cards for a front desk can stay at 4×6 with a short offer and QR. Stamped mail needs room for the address block and postage. Neighborhood drops usually belong on an EDDM-qualified size, not a leftover retail template.
Write one proofable offer: the action, the deadline, and the phone or URL. Keep the map, hours, and legal lines inside the safe margin so a cutter does not trim the call to action. If you are testing two headlines, change only the headline between proofs so you can read the response later.

What postcard size should I order?

Is postage included?
No. Print prices cover the cards. Stamped mail and EDDM postage are separate. Budget both lines so a “cheap print” quote does not surprise you at the post office.

Do you print both sides?
